Jack Bell Gallery is thrilled to present Art Prize 2014, a curated exhibition of student works. The show pulls together 40 new works by 18 different young artists living and working in Africa.
Jack Bell Gallery has invited a panel of judges to review the works, short listing six artists and selecting one winning student. The panel includes Robert Devereux, collector, Melanie Gerlis, Art Market Editor for the Art Newspaper, Philly Adams, Director of the Saatchi Gallery, London, Tamar Arnon and Eli Zagury, curators of the Frank-Suss Collection, Hong Kong, and Dr Charles Gore, Senior Lecturer at SOAS, University of London. Jack Bell Gallery has sponsored the exhibition and all sales proceeds go directly to the artists. The gallery has also sponsored a bursary for materials to be awarded to the winning student.
